TRM Hammerle Part Straightener

 For Critical Flatness Tolerances
The Hämmerle Parts Straightener is a uniquely designed, Swiss-built machine which uses an automatic levelling pressure system to straighten and stress-relieve parts with varying cross sections.

How It Works
The Hämmerle passes each part between two rows of driven straightening rolls alternately bending the part as it passes through. Transducers monitor positioning of the upper straightening roll frame so if varying part cross sections start to lift the frame, increased hydraulic counterpressure maintains frame position and a constant roll gap profile. This assures part-to-part consistency with precise flatness tolerances regardless of cross section variance.
Setup Is Extremely Easy
To operate the Hämmerle, simply enter parameters for:
1) Entrance Gap
2) Exit Gap
3) Feed Speed
Then, throughout every straightening cycle, the machine will compensate and adjust for every part that passes through it.
