Quality Construction
The body of the PTR is made of 1" plate. Six straightening rolls are mounted on heavy-duty needle bearings with inner and outer races. material is loaded by 2 pinch rolls driven through a gear cluster arrangement. As a result, the straightening rolls do not have to be reset at the start of every coil. |

Reverse Coil Set Compensation
Reverse coil set is corrected by a special roller closest to the feed that exerts downward pressure for a straight feed into the die. This eliminates the need to remove the coil and run it upside down. |
