The reason that Kingsland Steelworkers and Punching machines re so versatile in use, is due to our extensive range of accessories and tooling developed over 4 decades of manufacturing experience. This wealth of experience and knowledge is available to all of our customers. A free CAD tooling design centre is at your service to produce tooling to suit your specific requirements.

Kingsland Punches and Dies

A Huge variety of shapes and sizes are kept in permanent stock at our Sheringham manufacturing site, available for same day delivery.

Kingsland Punches and Dies are manufactured from high quality tool steel using the latest CNC technology, and are double vacuum heat treated to ensure a long and productive working life punching mild or stainless steel.

In addition to producing all of our own tooling we also manufacture punches and dies to suit most other well known machines.

Round, Square and Elongated punches and dies not shown on our Stock List but within the ranges mentioned, can be supplied as "special" manufacture.

"Long Reach / Extended length" punches are available (please specify length).

Note:

When ordering ELONGATED, RECTANGULAR or RADIAL SLOT tooling - please supply the LENGTH and WIDTH of the tool required.

For TUBE NOTCH tooling - please advise the Outside Diameter and wall thickness of the tube.

If you are unable to find the tooling you require in this list, or if you have a specific requirement, please contact our computer aided tooling design department who are able to advise on, and design bespoke tooling to suite a wide range of specialist applications.

All tooling is manufactured 'In House' on dedicated CNC machines by our team of experienced engineers.
