Our Mini-Press adopts many of the operating concepts and unique internal air circuitry ideas that we use to make our cutters. This, plus the addition of beefed-up, press-related mechanical and structural components enables us to make a compact air press that features selectable two or four ton capacity and operates at up to 190 spm on standard shop air.

Unlike other small air presses where you’re required to buy a strip feed and related items separately which may or may not be compatible with the press or the application, a Rapid-Air Mini-Press comes integrated with one of our air or servo feeds, along with all operating controls for a very affordable, fully synchronized press and feeding system. Each model provides an efficient way to produce short runs, prototypes and large batches of simple parts in a variety of materials - at a fraction of what you’d pay to use mechanical or hydraulic presses.
