 CAPABILITIES
Unlike most competitors all Tishken Roll Tooling is designed and built
in house at our
facility in Cleveland, Ohio. We have a complete machine shop equipped with the
state-of-the-art, five-axis and high speed hard turning lathes.
DESIGN
Tishken has available the most advanced roll design software package in the world to
aid design of roll form tooling. The design software allows our designers
to perform stress analysis of the metal as the forming process takes place. This feature
enables the designer to determine the proper forming process before the rolls are even
manufactured.
EXPERIENCE
Having the best software is not enough though. The software is only an extension of a
good designer. Fortunately, Tishken's design team is not only experienced but also
knowledgeable. If Tishken can't do it, nobody can!
TRYOUT
Finally, Tishken has a variety of in-stock roll formers available to test each
set of tooling prior to shipment. This service ensures an acceptable part before
the tooling ships.
